Order Cancellations
You can cancel your cake order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us directly through Instagram or our provided phone number to request a cancellation. Once we confirm the cancellation, we will process your refund promptly.
Returns and Complaints
We carefully inspect and pack every cake before delivery. If you receive a cake that is damaged, incorrect, or does not match your order, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. Take a clear photo of the cake and share it with us via Instagram or WhatsApp. Our team will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it immediately.
Refunds
We process refunds as quickly as possible after confirming a valid complaint. Refunds for canceled or incorrect orders are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Replacement Orders
